Cradles 2 Crayons hosted its first sale in September 2006 with less than 40 consignors and two vendors. Over the past few years, it has grown at an incredible speed and gets better and better each time. In February of 2009, we had 125 consignors, over 15,000 items, and thousands of shoppers come through our event. As three full time working moms who put this together in our “spare time”, we greatly enjoy the fun and friendship that comes with it. We work hard for great customer service and satisfaction with our consignors, volunteers, and shoppers.

My name is Kelly Wilken. My husband JC and I moved here from Austin eight years ago. We have two beautiful children together. Kace is five and Kiley is one. Gosh, they are growing fast and are always full of wonderful surprises. I work full time as an in-home childcare provider. Cradles 2 Crayons keeps me very busy but I love it. I have met so many amazing people and am loving every minute!
My name is Cristi Cline. I was born and raised right here in Lubbock, Texas. Scott and I have two beautiful children who we are very proud of. While he is self-employed, I am a nurse who works full-time with the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Since helping develop Cradles 2 Crayons in 2006, I am proud to be a part of a wonderful event that has helped so many in the Lubbock community and its surrounding areas.
My name is Allison Hays. I originally grew up in the Dallas area and moved to Lubbock for school. I could not wait to get back to the "big city"...that was 14 years ago! My husband of 6 years, Kevin, and I have a beautiful daughter, Ava, and a precious son, Grayson. I have worked at UMC for 8 years now and am proud of the “community” that I work with. Being involved with C2C has brought new friendships and good times to our lives.
