VENDOR INFORMATION

The Event:
The volunteer and consignor pre-sales will be on Thursday evening. If you decide to become a vendor, you may set up on Thursday at noon prior to the pre-sales. Thursday Cradles 2 Crayons will shut the doors from 3-4pm in preparation for the sale. No set-up will be allowed during this time. Thank you for your patience. Thursday evening is optional but has been busy in the past and would provide more foot traffic for you.

The Rates:
The entire event (Thursday night, Friday AND Saturday): $70
|
The Space:
We only provide the floor space. We ask that you provide any equipment you may need such as a table, chairs, tablecloths, etc. Electricity will not be provided. If electricity is required for your product- all efforts will be made to provide it for you. There will be an extra charge of $25 added to your rental fee.
Due to a limited space and many vendors- we ask that you only use a 6 foot table or smaller. An approximate space of 7 feet by 4 feet will be allotted to each vendor.

The Registration:
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please click on the PRINTABLES TAB on the home page and click on VENDOR SIGN UP. Please fill this form out completely and mail the registration form with payment made payable to Cradles 2 Crayons to:

Registration forms and payment must be submitted prior to the event. Space is provided on a first come basis. We also provide exclusivity to our vendors so no two vendors will be selling the same item or service. Please register early to ensure you are the first to sell your type of item/service.

Miscellaneous:
- For an extra $10 fee we will add your website to our Vendor/Sponsor page for people to hyperlink until 6 weeks before the next event..
- Our facility is a non-smoking facility.
- There will be no food or drink provided by Cradles 2 Crayons to the vendors. Please make arrangements for food/drinks.
- As a vendor, please do not bring children to the event.
- Cradles 2 Crayons is not responsible for your space or items in your space. If you leave your space unattended, please secure your items.
- You are welcome to leave your items out over night as the facility will be secured.
- You price your items and collect your own money.
- Thursday night is extremely busy as is Friday morning when the event first opens to the public. Please be ready for this rush of customers by being on time and your items ready to receive full benefit of the sale.
