**What is a Vendor? Vendors set-up tables to sell a product or service.**

The Event:

The volunteer and consignor pre-sales will be on Thursday evening. If you decide to become a vendor, you may set up on Thursday from noon to 3pm prior to the pre-sales. On Thursday, Cradles 2 Crayons will shut the doors from 3-4pm in preparation for the sale. No set-up will be allowed during this time. Thank you for your patience. Thursday evening is optional but is very busy and provides a large amount of traffic for your business. This is by far our heaviest traffic day.

The Rates:

The entire event (Thursday night, Friday AND Saturday): $50* or consign a minimum of 25 items and the fee is waived.

*This money is non-refundable!

The Space:

We only provide the floor space. We ask that you provide any equipment you may need such as a table, chairs, tablecloths, etc. Electricity will not be provided. If electricity is required for your product- all efforts will be made to provide it for you. There will be an extra charge of $25 added to your rental fee.

Due to a limited space and many vendors- we ask that you only use a 6 foot table or smaller. An approximate space of 7 feet by 4 feet will be allotted to each vendor.

The Registration:

If you are interested in becoming a vendor:

  1. Contact Alison Barron (Ali@cradles2crayons.net) to determine if space is available for your product/service. C2C provides complete exclusivity to our vendors so that no 2 vendors will be selling/promoting the same item. This is strictly enforced.
  2. Once you receive an e-mail confirmation stating that your product/service is available, please print the vendor sign-up page (please click on the PRINTABLES TAB) on the home page.
  3. Complete in full and mail the form and complete payment made payable to C2C to:

  4. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation e-mail from Ali. Space is not confirmed until payment and form is received in full. Space will not be verbally held.
  5. On the Thursday of the event, bring your table, chair(s), and set up. Ask to speak to Ali to determine your space. Space is on a first come, first serve basis starting at 12pm to 3pm.

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Vendors are allowed to shop the Consignor Pre-sale at 5:30pm. Only two people per vendor fee are allowed into the pre-sale.
  • For an extra $20 fee we will add your website to our Vendor/Sponsor page for people to hyperlink until 6 weeks before the next event..
  • Our facility is a non-smoking facility.
  • There will be no food or drink provided by Cradles 2 Crayons to the vendors. Please make arrangements for food/drinks.
  • As a vendor, please do not bring children to the event.
  • Cradles 2 Crayons is not responsible for your space or items in your space. If you leave your space unattended, please secure your items.
  • You are welcome to leave your items out over night as the facility will be secured.
  • You price your items and collect your own money.
  • Thursday night is extremely busy as is Friday morning when the event first opens to the public. Please be ready for this rush of customers by being on time and your items ready to receive full benefit of the sale.
